A 30-day money back guarantee applies to Miele steam ovens. If, within 30 days of the date of delivery, you are not completely satisfied with your Miele steam oven, you may return the unit to your nearest Miele Branch office. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original condition, including all accessories, instruction manuals, and original packaging.

The 30-day period commences from the date of delivery to the customer.
