Terms and Conditions |
Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or by any technical error that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries. The Promoter will not replace lost items if the address details supplied by the entrant is incorrect. The Promoter reserves the right to request winner to provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity in order to claim a prize. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole, and no substitute will be offered. |

Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years who are invited to participate in the Miele Projects Relaunch Competition. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, agents, participating outlets and their agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter. |

Competition Period |
The competition period commences at 5pm on 18/09/2025 and closes at 12pm (AEST) on 19/11/2025. |

Entry Procedure |
Entrants will be invited to a Miele event by special invitation. At the event the entrants will receive a flyer including a QR code to participate in the Miele Projects Relaunch Competition. To enter this prize draw, entrants must scan the QR code provided on the flyer and submit their details (name, email, postcode, company name and job title) via the online newsletter sign up form. All valid entries will automatically go into the competition draw. The form must be submitted by 12pm (AEST) on 19/11/2025. Miele accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries. |

Prize Details |
The total prize pool value is up to $5,000 (incl. GST) as follows: The winner may select one or multiple products, provided the combined total recommended retail value does not exceed AUD $5,000 (inc. GST). Product selection is subject to availability at the time the product/s are selected. Product selection will take place through the Miele Experience Centre or Contact Centre. The prize includes free delivery to metropolitan locations and a standard two (2) year warranty for domestic use. For avoidance of doubt ongoing service and maintenance are not included. If the winner’s chosen products exceed $5,000 (incl. GST) in total RRP, the winner must pay the difference. |

Prize restriction |
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize or prizes for a prize or prizes of similar specification or value to any prize or prizes offered in this promotion. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the Prize value. Entrants are only eligible to collect one Prize. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize offered by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be deemed to have been forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize. For the avoidance of doubt any unused portion of the $5,000 prize allowance will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or future use. If an entrant is successfully drawn as a winner in this competition, other entries submitted by the same entrant will be excluded. This exclusion relates to any other promotions conducted by Miele concurrently, including any of a game of chance promotions. It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the Prize. |

Prize Claim Date |

Re-draw Details (if applicable) |
If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of entry, a further draw shall take place. Date: 04/02/2026 Time: 2:00pm Location: Anisimoff Legal, 3 Amy Close, Wyong NSW 2259 Draw Method: Computer Generated - Random Winners will be notified on 06/02/2026 by telephone and/ or email. The judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. Winners will be published on the Miele website (www.miele.com.au) on 06/02/2026. This prize must be claimed and used by 20/02/2026. |

Additional Terms |
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these conditions of entry. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any of the Prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. All entries become the property of the Promoter. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised by the entrant, each entrant consents to the information they submit with their entry being entered into a database and the Promoter may use this information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant. In consideration for the Promoter awarding the prize to the winner, the winner hereby permits any image and/or voice, as recorded, photographed or filmed during their participation in the prize event/s to appear in connection with The Promoter or the advertising or marketing material thereof, in any media whatsoever throughout the world, and the winner and attendees will not be entitled to any remuneration or payment for such use. The winner is responsible for any taxation implications (including FBT) that may arise. It is the winner’s responsibility to seek professional advice in regard. |
